Overview
This policy explains how paid OptinStack subscriptions work, how to cancel, and how to request a refund. It applies to self-serve Pro, Business, and Workspace site-pack plans purchased through optinstack.com.
OptinStack LLC provides and licenses the OptinStack Service. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for self-serve subscription purchases. Buyers purchase the subscription transaction from Paddle. Card payments are processed by Paddle. Receipts and payment confirmations are provided through checkout and your OptinStack billing settings.
OptinStack remains responsible for product, account, subscription, and refund-request support. Contact us at the email below for billing help.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with OptinStack, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the charge date. This guarantee applies to your initial purchase and to each subscription renewal charge.
This money-back guarantee is an independent commercial refund policy and does not expand or modify the limited performance warranty or exclusive remedies stated in our Terms and Conditions.
To request a refund, email OptinStack hello@optinstack.com with your project ID and billed domain (for domain plans) or your Workspace ID and site-pack subscription details, or use the refund option in billing settings where available.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paddle. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
Plans and pricing
Current USD list prices (before any promotional discounts) are defined on our pricing page and match checkout:
- Free: $0 with unlimited eligible active hostname assignments, subject to published feature and usage limits and required OptinStack branding.
- Pro: $7/month or $60/year ($5/month equivalent, billed annually). Per assigned hostname.
- Business: $15/month or $144/year ($12/month equivalent, billed annually). Per assigned hostname.
- Workspace site pack: $3,500/year per pack. Each pack provides Business coverage for 50 active projects in one Workspace. Annual billing only; increase quantity for additional 50-site increments.
- Enterprise, custom pricing via sales agreement.
Billing scope
Pro and Business subscriptions each apply to one project hostname. example.com and foo.example.com cannot share a domain plan.
Workspaces own projects, memberships, and Workspace billing. Each annual site pack provides Business coverage for 50 active, non-archived projects in that Workspace. Site-pack quantities add together. The purchasing user does not receive portable coverage outside that Workspace.
Domain subscriptions and Workspace site-pack subscriptions are financially and operationally independent. Both renew until canceled, and overlap never causes automatic cancellation.
Cancellation
You can cancel a domain subscription from that project hostname’s billing settings. Owners and admins can manage site-pack billing from Workspace billing settings; manually granted entitlements require support.
When you cancel a domain plan, paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period, then production activation expires unless the hostname is covered by Workspace or another active entitlement.
When you cancel Workspace, Business coverage remains until the end of the Workspace billing period. After that, each hostname needs an active Free assignment, individual subscription, or other entitlement to stay active.
Canceling does not automatically delete your account or project data. You may export records before downgrade if your plan includes export features.
Plan changes
Domain plan upgrades take effect after successful payment. When upgrading mid-cycle, unused time on your current plan may be credited toward the new plan per checkout proration.
Domain plan downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current billing period so you retain paid features until then.
Workspace site packs are annual-only. Quantity increases apply after successful prorated billing; valid decreases are scheduled for renewal and cannot reduce capacity below active project usage.
Exceptions
Enterprise plans and custom Workspace terms governed by a separate written agreement are not covered by this self-serve refund policy unless that agreement states otherwise.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry billing and provide a three-day grace period during which paid features remain available. Persistent failure may expire the paid assignment or remove Workspace Business coverage; the hostname needs another active entitlement to remain active.
