Yes. Free includes unlimited eligible hostname assignments for verified custom hostnames and Webflow or Framer development hostnames. Paid Pro and Business entitlements attach to one hostname and include one self-service move; later paid moves can be requested for support review.

What is included when I create an account?

Every account can activate Free on each eligible hostname, including verified custom domains and Webflow/Framer development hostnames. Free includes a worldwide English opt-in banner and preferences center, tracker inventory and blocking, Google Consent Mode v2, native GPC handling, 25-page scans every 12 hours, consent records with 3-year retention, and individual event evidence PDFs. Free uses the default theme; OptinStack branding remains visible. Create your free account. No demo or sales call required.

How does domain billing work?

Each paid domain plan belongs to one project hostname. example.com and foo.example.com are separate subscriptions when both use paid coverage. A Workspace site pack independently gives Business coverage to 50 active projects in that Workspace; existing domain subscriptions remain attached to their hostnames.

Can I use Free on my custom domain?

Yes. Free includes unlimited eligible hostname assignments, including verified custom domains and Webflow/Framer development hostnames. Start on a Webflow or Framer development hostname with Free or a paid plan, then use Move to this hostname once after your verified production hostname is ready. How does checkout and renewal work?

Checkout is handled securely through Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled from your billing settings.

I use Framer or Webflow. How do I upgrade?

In Framer, open your project and go to Plugins → Browse all, search for OptinStack, and click to launch. Or use Open Plugin on the Framer Marketplace. In Webflow, Add to site from the Webflow Marketplace, then open the Apps panel in the Designer and Launch OptinStack. Assign Free or a paid plan on the development hostname. Start on a Webflow or Framer development hostname with Free or a paid plan, then use Move to this hostname once after your verified production hostname is ready. The previous hostname becomes inactive. After that, use Request update for a reviewed change.

What happens if I reach a monthly allowance?

We notify you as usage approaches the allowance. Consent-event overage receives a fixed 30-day grace period before new server-side consent records may stop. The Consent banner, tracker blocking, preferences, local choice, existing records, and event evidence PDFs keep working. Runtime-request overage prompts a commercial review but does not suspend consent collection.
